Most shipments are sent via UPS/USPS. Normally, your orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday).
When shipment is completed, we will send email notification to all our customers including tracking number for your order. All orders can be tracked from the link provided in the shipment confirmation email.
Overnight shipping is available upon request.

Wrong Address Problems
If the delivery address you supplied has any mistakes, causing the package to be undelivered, we will re-send your purchase again, however shipping fees will be charged again.
