Biocalth International Corp. is run under the supervision of the General Manager who reports to the Board of Directors. Six departments: Marketing and Sales, Production and Shipping, Financial and Accounting, Research and Development, Administration and Personnel Department and Customer Service carry out the operation of the company. Duties and functions of the departments are listed below and many positions are still in the process of being filled.
Administration / Personnel Department
- To formulate and implement personnel policy
- To coordinate operations between departments
- To recruit and train qualified employees
- To handle employee benefits and insurance programs
- To evaluate employee performance
- To evaluate and recommend adjustments to employee salary
- To procure and distribute office supplies
Financial / Accounting Department
- To establish financial and accounting system
- To submit financial report to the General Manager monthly
- To monitor cost control and prediction
- To prepare financial forecast quarterly
- To conduct reedit verification on customers
- To monitor and resolve accounts receivables
- To ensure smooth cash flow and sufficient working capital
Production / Shipping Department
- To coordinate and implement production
- To establish production system
- To manage production manpower
- To implement quality control
- To inspect raw material and make rejections for defects
- To be responsible for the safety measures in the production unit
- To evaluate performance in the production /shipping department
Marketing / Sales Department
- To prepare marketing and sales strategies
- To develop and handle import and wholesale business
- To implement and evaluate advertising projects
- To control budget for marketing / sales activities
- To evaluate performance in the marketing / sales department
Research & Development Department
- To prepare research & development programs
- To provide technical support to other departments
- To implement projects for new product education
- To prepare strategies for future development
- To research and provide information for new technology
Customer Service Department
- To answer phone call from customer
- To handle customer complaint
- To provide product information
Basic qualification requirements:
Self-motivated, team oriented, office communication, computer literacy
Relative Experience over 6 years
